Job Title: Head of Operation
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Deftly manage the Operations functions, ensuring that all processes and stages are timorously and rigorously executed to achieve speedy resolution and closure of disputes, in pursuit of the overall goal of the organization.
- Actively monitor the performance of Neutrals and report performance against targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Hands-on management of Operations process flow from the service of processes to a desirable conclusion of the case.
- Determine and control key elements and performance criteria of the operations function.
- Achieve agreed targets.
- Supervise the Registry, manage the Case Management team, and execute special programmes to agreed targets as a core element of strategy.
Education and Qualifications
- LLB BL from a recognized institution and Law School.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA is desirable.
- Membership of the relevant professional bodies.
Work Experience:
- Seven to ten years cognate experience of managing significant responsibilities in a large organization.
- Proven capacity to execute major enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Very high level of proficiency in the use of IT tools for data analysis, presentations, reports, research and communication.
Job Title: Head of Corporate Services
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To manage the entire administrative support machinery to create a high performance environment.
- Manage the training and enrolment of competent Neutrals to meet the needs of the Organization. Monitor and report Quality of service.
- Develop and manage modern templates for manpower planning, recruitment, orientation, performance management, career development, as well as motivation and related programs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Anchor the training, enrolment and continuous development of Neutrals, direct on- hoarding, and training/professional development interventions.
- Manage the administrative machinery to create high performance environment.
- Develop appropriate systems to drive/raise operational efficiency. Maintain a high energy work environment, and anchor employee communication. performance management, motivation and discipline.
Education and Qualifications
- University degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies.
Work Experience:
- Six to ten years cognate experience of managing significant
- HR/Admin responsibilities in a mid-size organization.
- Proven capacity in executing major companywide initiatives,
- Very high level of proficiency in the use of IT tools for data analysis.
- Presentations, report, research and communication.
- Capable support for top management in designing system policies.
Job Title: Director
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- To provide strategic leadership, to anchor, develop and improve the overall activities of the Centre for effective performance in line with agreed strategic goals and to expected high standards; as well as to provide purposeful leadership for the Centre.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall development, promotion and administration of the organization.
- Develop and secure approval for multiyear strategy, annual budget and operational plan to achieve corporate goals.
- Manage the budget within approved limits and ensure proper financial statements are provided promptly.
- Install and enforce transparent processes for competitive procurement.
- Develop appropriate processes to drive/ raise efficiency
- Implement initiatives to attract, develop and retain required skills, as well as maintain a healthy talent and leadership pipeline.
- Create and sustain a high energy work environment, manage employee’s motivation and discipline, and lead from the front.
- Keep the relationship with external organizations on an even keel and with a focus on its priorities.
Education and Qualifications
- University degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA.
- A degree in law if the first degree is in another discipline
- A person of good repute with wide knowledge and experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Work Experience:
- Ten years cognate experience and knowledge of managing significant responsibilities in a large organization or in the Alternative Dispute Resolution environment.
- Proven capacity to execute major enterprise & wide initiatives.
- Ability to champion change management initiatives
- Very high level of proficiency in the use of IT tools for data analysis, presentations, reports, research and communication.
- Experience in multicultural environment.
- Keen interest in managing diversity.
- Ability to offer lucid and convincing explanations that move people to be sympathetic with the ADR cause.
